摘  要:酒糟是我国白酒生产中典型的有机固体废弃物,含有大量营养成分,且年供应量巨大。在环保趋严和饲料原料紧张的情况下,被加工成饲料原料成为普遍认可的一条途径。然而,不同工艺、产区和加工方式白酒糟营养和质量差异较大,给使用者带来了困惑。本文结合相关研究文献及检测数据,对白酒糟类原料的营养价值及影响质量的因素进行了详细的解析,为饲料企业使用该类原料提供参考。Distiller's grains are typical organic solid wastes in the production of Baijiu in China,which contain a large amount of nutrients and have a huge annual supply.In the condition of stricter environmental protection and shortage of feed materials,being processed into feed materials has become a widely recognized approach.However,the nutrition and quality of Baijiu distillers' grains differ greatly in different processes,production areas and processing methods,which brings confusion to users.Based on the relevant research literature and test data,the nutritional value of Baijiu distiller's grains and the factors affecting the quality were analyzed in detail,so as to provide reference for the use of this kind of raw materials in feed enterprises.
