摘　　要：目的分析青少年抑郁患者主要照料者的心理健康状况。方法收集2023年4月至6月到上海市青浦区精神卫生中心儿童青少年门诊就诊患者的主要照料者40例的临床资料,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)等进行评估。结果主要照料者与国内常模比较,SAS评分及SDS评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要照料者与国内常模比较,躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要照料者与国内常模比较,睡眠质量、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠持续性、睡眠效率、睡眠紊乱、催眠药物和日间功能障碍评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,SCL-90评分与SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分相互呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论青少年抑郁患者的主要照料者存在明显的负面情绪以及睡眠障碍,在临床工作中需要引起足够的重视。Objective To analyze the mental health status of primary caregivers of adolescents with depression.Methods Clinical data of 40 primary caregivers of children and adolescents who visited Shanghai Qingpu District Mental Health Center from April to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to investigate mental health status.Results Primary caregivers had higher SAS and SDS scores compared with domestic norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the domestic norm,the scores of somatization,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,and psychosis of the primary caregivers were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,and daytime function of the primary caregivers were higher than those of the domestic norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between SCL-90 score and SAS,SDS,and PSQI score(P<0.05).Conclusion The presence of negative mood and sleep disorders among the primary caregivers of adolescents with depression needs to be emphasize d in clinical practice.
