摘　　要：现代产业学院是地方行业特色和优势与高等学校深度合作的办学形式,是地方本科高校迈向应用型本科高校的重要举措。以南昌工程学院香料香精现代产业学院香料香精技术与工程专业《有机化学》为例,构架了“一中心、一理念、一认证、双导师、三场景”的课程实施思路。通过细化教学模式、引入课程思政、优化考核方式等举措,以实现《有机化学》课程“应用型”教学模式,为现代产业学院培养应用型人才奠定基础。Modern Industry College is a form of education that combines the characteristics and advantages of local industry and deep cooperation with higher education institutions.It is an important measure for local undergraduate universities to move towards applied undergraduate universities.Taking Organic Chemistry of Fragrance and Essence Technology and Engineering Major of Fragrance and Essence Modern Industry College of Nanchang Institute of Technology as an example,the curriculum implementation idea of“one center,one concept,one certification,two tutors,and three scenarios”has been constructed.Through some measures such as refining teaching mode,introducing curriculum ideology,optimizing assessment method,it is to achieve the“application-oriented”teaching mode of Organic Chemistry,and lay a foundation for cultivating applied talents in the Modern Industrial College.
