摘  要:在VUCA(波动性、不确定性、复杂性、模糊性)时代,将人工智能应用于应急管理对“专精特新”企业提升韧性至关重要。以2010—2022年中国A股上市公司中的“专精特新”企业为样本,深入探讨人工智能对企业韧性的影响。研究发现,人工智能显著提升了“专精特新”企业韧性,高管团队人力资本及社会资本异质性正向调节人工智能对企业韧性的影响。基于企业内外部环境的异质性检验发现,对于拥有丰富冗余资源和较高股权集中度的企业,以及位于行业竞争度、互联网发展水平较高地区的企业,人工智能对企业韧性提升作用更显著。研究结论不仅丰富了人工智能驱动下“专精特新”企业韧性提升机制的理论分析,而且为“专精特新”企业韧性的培育和发展提供了实践指导。In the VUCA(volatility,uncertainty,complexity,ambiguity)era,the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in emergency management is crucial for enhancing the resilience of“specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative”enterprises.By using“specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative”A-share listed companies in China from 2010 to 2022 as samples,the article make an in depth exploration the impact of AI on corporate resilience.The research findings indicate that AI significantly promotes the resilience of these enterprises,with the heterogeneity of human capital and social capital with in the senior executive team positively moderating the effect of AI on corporate resilience.Heterogeneity test based on the internal and external environments of enterprises shows that the improvement effect of AI on corporate resilience is more significant in companies with abundant redundant resources and high equity concentration,as well as enterprises located in regions with high industrial competition and internet development levels.The findings of this article not only enrich the theoretical analysis on the mechanism improvement of“specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative”enterprises but also provide practical guidance for the cultivation and development of their resilience.
