摘　　要：推进地方高校国际化建设,是提升高等教育国际化水平和培养高质量人才的重要路径。文章以贵州高校为研究对象,分析其在国际化办学方面存在的问题,指出人才培养的语种多样性欠缺、缺少国际文化类课程、国际项目交流合作形式单一、师生出国交流热情不高等问题。立足“一带一路”发展需求,高校应通过加强学科建设、培养非通用语言人才,调整课程体系、深化国内外校企合作,加强对外宣传、搭建跨文化交流的桥梁,加强智慧高教平台建设、助力对外开放,发挥平台优势、加强对外交流深度合作,探索多途径和契合省情的国际化人才培养模式。Promoting the internationalization of local universities is an important path to enhance the internationalization level of higher education and cultivate high-quality talents.The article takes Guizhou universities as the research object,analyzes the problems they face in international education,and points out the lack of linguistic diversity in talent cultivation,the absence of international cultural courses,the single international exchange and cooperation projects,and the low enthusiasm of teachers and students for overseas exchanges.Based on the development needs of the"the Belt and Road",colleges and universities should strengthen discipline construction,cultivate non universal language talents,adjust the curriculum system,deepen the cooperation between domestic and foreign schools and enterprises,strengthen external publicity,build a bridge for cross-cultural exchanges,strengthen the construction of smart higher education platforms,help opening up,give play to the advantages of the platform,strengthen the depth of foreign exchanges and cooperation,and explore an international talent training model that is multi-channel and compatible with local conditions.
