摘　　要：双创对经济社会发展行动力的培育具有显著的促进作用,加之近年来诸多新职业陆续出现,双创对高职院校学生的择业观念也产生了一定影响。文章以双创为背景,采用问卷调查的方式对高职院校学生择业观念进行分析,并提出加强创新创业教育、完善职业规划指导、建立多元化实践平台和深化校企合作等措施,旨在全面提升学生的职业认知和择业能力,培养具备创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才,以促进高职教育的高质量发展。Double innovation has a significant promoting effect on the cultivation of economic and social development action,and in recent years,many new professions have emerged,which has had a certain impact on the career concept of vocational college students.The article takes entrepreneurship and innovation as the background,analyzes the career concept of vocational college students through a questionnaire survey,and proposes measures such as strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education,improving career planning guidance,establishing diversified practice platforms,and deepening school enterprise cooperation,aiming to comprehensively enhance students'vocational cognition and career selection ability,cultivate high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
