摘　　要：民办高职院校学生思想政治教育是一项长期且复杂的工程,而充分发挥学生思想政治社团辐射作用,是提升思想政治教育效果的有效途径。针对重视程度不够、活动形式缺乏创新、社团管理机制不健全、社团成员参与积极性不足、社团活动影响力不强等问题,民办高职院校学生思想政治社团应注重制度保障、建立思想政治社团辐射机制,励志赋能、激发思想政治社团内驱力,创新驱动、打造思想政治社团品牌活动,内外联动、推动社团协同发展。Ideological and political education for students in private vocational colleges is a long-term and complex project,and fully leveraging the radiation effect of student ideological and political associations is an effective way to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.In response to issues such as insufficient attention,lack of innovation in activity forms,inadequate management mechanisms,lack of enthusiasm among club members,and weak influence of club activities,ideological and political clubs for students in private vocational colleges should focus on institutional guarantees,establish a radiation mechanism for ideological and political clubs,motivate and inspire internal drive,innovate and create brand activities for ideological and political clubs,and promote internal and external linkage to promote the coordinated development of clubs.
