高职机电一体化技术专业学生职业能力培养策略探微

摘　　要：高职院校是职业教育体系的重要组成,有自身的办学特色与办学定位,只有以结果为导向,从社会发展实际需求出发,着重培养学生的职业核心能力,才能有效落实立德树人根本任务。研究以高职院校机电一体化技术专业为例,从职业能力培养方案、职业能力课程体系、师资队伍职业能力、职业能力核定标准等方面探讨高职院校提升学生职业能力的有效策略,以期为高职院校的专业建设与学生的职业生涯规划提供借鉴。Vocational colleges are an important component of the vocational education system,with their own characteristics and positioning.Only by being result oriented,starting from the actual needs of social development,and focusing on cultivating students'vocational core abilities,can we effectively implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent.Taking the mechatronics integration technology major in vocational colleges as an example,this study explores effective strategies for enhancing students'vocational abilities in vocational colleges from the aspects of vocational ability training programs,vocational ability curriculum systems,faculty professional abilities,and vocational ability assessment standards,in order to provide reference for the professional construction and career planning of vocational colleges.
