数字技术支持下的高校英语人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：全球数字经济的不断发展,为高校英语人才培养带来了新挑战,英语人才除了要具备国际文化视野和跨文化交际能力外,还要具备数字素养,能够对接时代发展需要。文章首先阐述数字技术对高校英语人才培养工作的重要作用,然后细致分析现阶段高校英语人才培养工作存在的问题,最后从明确英语人才培养目标、构建数字教育课程体系、打造数字教育平台、营造多元数字教育场景、实施数字精准化教育、提高教师数字教学素养等方面,提出数字技术支持下的高校英语人才培养路径。The continuous development of the global digital economy has brought new challenges to the cultivation of English talents in universities.In addition to possessing an international cultural perspective and cross-cultural communication skills,English talents also need to have digital literacy to meet the needs of the times.The article first elaborates on the important role of digital technology in the cultivation of English talents in universities,then analyzes in detail the problems existing in the current stage of English talent cultivation in universities,and finally proposes a path for the cultivation of English talents in universities supported by digital technology from the aspects of clarifying English talent cultivation goals,constructing a digital education curriculum system,building a digital education platform,creating diverse digital education scenarios,implementing digital precision education,and improving teachers'digital teaching literacy.
