摘  要:班主任作为教育教学的关键角色,不仅要向学生传授知识、技能,还要承担起塑造学生良好品格的重任。激励教育作为一种激发学生内在潜能的方式,可有效点燃学生的学习热情,使其保持积极向上的学习和生活态度。基于此,文章结合一线班主任工作经验,在分析激励教育法内涵及在班级管理中运用现状的基础上,结合具体案例探究激励教育法的运用意义、运用策略,以助力学生全面发展、健康成长。As a key role in education and teaching,class teachers not only need to impart knowledge and skills to students,but also shoulder the responsibility of shaping their good character.Motivational education,as a way to stimulate students'inner potential,can effectively ignite their learning enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude towards learning and life.Based on this,the article combines the work experience of frontline class teachers,analyzes the connotation of incentive education method and its current application in class management,and explores the significance and strategies of using incentive education method with specific cases to help students develop comprehensively and grow healthily.
