铸造“湖湘工匠”培养高素质技能型人才研究

摘　　要：高职院校以追求卓越、精益求精的湖湘精神为指导,积极探索高素质技能型人才培养策略,具有时代价值和现实意义。文章先综合概述“湖湘工匠”“湖湘工匠精神”以及“技能型人才”等概念内涵,然后以理论联系教学实践的方式分析高素质技能型人才培养现状,找出高素质技能型人才培养中存在的问题,并针对问题提出铸造“湖湘工匠”培养技能型人才的策略方案,以加强高素质技能型人才培养和队伍建设,助力区域经济结构转型和产业结构优化升级。Guided by the Hunan spirit of pursuing excellence and striving for perfection,vocational colleges actively explore strategies for cultivating high-quality skilled talents,which has contemporary value and practical significance.The article first provides a comprehensive overview of the concepts and connotations of"Hunan Craftsmen","Hunan Craftsmen Spirit",and"Skilled Talents".Then,by integrating theory with teaching practice,it analyzes the current situation of cultivating high-quality skilled talents,identifies the problems existing in the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents,and proposes strategic plans for cultivating skilled talents to strengthen the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents and team building,and assist in the transformation of regional economic structure and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
