摘　　要：坚持问题导向,强化生活后勤无小事的理念,持续推动事要解决,为职工办实事、办好事,是国有企业牢固树立以人为本思想的具体体现。文章就国有企业在进一步深化改革中,如何做好职工的生活后勤工作进行了有益探索,提出了用“问题管理四步法”提高生活后勤服务工作的具体措施,以此构筑和谐企业的基础,为企业改革发展创造和谐环境。Insisting on the problem orientation,strengthening the concept that life logistics is not a trivial matter,continuously promoting the solution of problems,and doing practical and good things for the staff are the concrete embodiment of the peopleoriented thinking firmly established by the state-owned enterprises.In this paper,we have explored how to do a good job in the life logistics of the employees in the state-owned enterprises in the further deepening of the reform,and put forward the specific measures to improve the life logistics service with the“four-step method of problem management”,so as to construct the foundation of the harmonious enterprise and create a harmonious environment for the reform and development of the enterprise.
