摘 要:随着人们生活质量的提升,消费者对蔬菜水果的品质提出了更高要求。果蔬是人们日常饮食的重要组成部分,但是在果蔬种植中会使用各类农药,这些农药虽然能够促进果蔬生长、防控果蔬病虫害,但是超量和超范围使用会引发农药残留问题。农药残留检测是确定果蔬残留农药类型、残留量的重要依据,本文就检测过程中的关键环节展开研究,旨在通过明确关键环节确保检测质量,进而为消费者饮食安全保驾护航。With the improvement of people’s quality of life,consumers have put forward higher requirements for the quality of vegetables and fruits.Fruits and vegetables are an important part of people’s daily diet,but various kinds of pesticides are used in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables.Although these pesticides can promote the growth of fruits and vegetables and prevent and control fruit and vegetable diseases and pests,excessive and overthe-top use of pesticides can lead to the problem of pesticide residues.Detection of pesticide residues is an important basis for determining the types and amounts of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,this article studies the key links in the testing process,aiming to ensure the detection of key links to ensure the quality of food safety for consumers to escort.
