摘　　要：高职院校与战略性新兴产业协同发展,既是“强富美高”新江苏建设背景下构建区域创新体系的必由之路,也是推动高职院校深化供给侧结构性改革、全面增强职业教育适应性和吸引力的题中应有之义。动力机制是推动与联结协同发展的关键环节,通过对两者协同发展动力机制的理论基础进行分析,可以明晰推动高职院校与战略性新兴产业协同发展的力量以及作用发生的逻辑。因此,新时代构建江苏省高职院校与战略性新兴产业协同发展的动力机制,需要深化高职院校人才供给体系的结构性改革,满足战略性新兴产业与高职院校的共同利益需求;建立校企协同育人与产教融合的新格局,实现高职院校与战略性新兴产业的和谐共生;构建高职院校高质量发展评价体系,破解战略性新兴产业协同发展难题。The coordinated development of higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries is not only an inevitable path to establish a regional innovation system in the context of“strong,prosperous,beautiful and high-tech”Jiangsu construction,but also a necessary measure to promote the deepening of supply-side structural reform in higher vocational colleges and comprehensively enhance the adaptability and attractiveness of vocational education.The dynamic mechanism is the key link in promoting and connecting coordinated development.By analyzing the theoretical basis of the dynamic mechanism of the coordinated development of higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries,it is possible to clarify the driving force and the logic of coordinated development.In order to build a dynamic mechanism for the coordinated development of higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries in Jiangsu Province in the new era,it is suggested to deepen the structural reform of talent supply system in higher vocational colleges and meet the common interests and needs of strategic emerging industries and higher vocational colleges,to establish a new pattern of school-enterprise coordination in talent cultivation and the integration of industry and education and achieve harmonious coexistence between higher vocational colleges and strategic emerging industries,and build an evaluation system for high-quality development of higher vocational colleges and solve the problems of coordinatied development in strategic emerging industries.
