摘  要:近年来,随着经济结构的改变及产业结构战略性调整的要求,我国对技术型人才的需求量逐渐增加,高等职业教育正在面临着教学模式及人才培养方案的转型,以适应新的社会发展。该文以机电一体化技术专业为研究对象,以校企深度融合人才培养模式为切入点,通过对相关高职院校及企业进行问卷调查及访谈,指出目前黑龙江农业经济职业学院校企合作深度融合教学模式中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略,未来应该进一步完善校企深度融合人才培养机制,增强企业在人才培养中的参与感,逐步加强双师型队伍的建设与培养,以满足不断增长的技术型人才需求,促进校企合作的深度融合,推动机电一体化技术专业人才培养的可持续发展。In recent years,with the change of economic structure and the requirements of strategic adjustment of industrial structure,China’s demand for skilled personnel has gradually increased,and higher vocational education is facing the transformation of the teaching mode and talent cultivation program to adapt to the new social development.This paper takes the electromechanical integration specialty as the research object,takes the school-enterprise deep integration talent cultivation mode as the entry point,through the questionnaire survey and interview to the related higher vocational colleges and enterprises,points out the problems existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation deep integration teaching mode of our school,and puts forward the corresponding solution strategy,in the future,we should further improve the school-enterprise deep integration human talent cultivation mechanism,and enhance the enterprise’s sense of participation in the cultivation of talents.In the future,we should further improve the deep integration mechanism of school-enterprise personnel training,enhance the participation of enterprises in personnel training,and gradually strengthen the construction and cultivation of the dual-teacher team to meet the growing demand for skilled personnel,promote the deep integration of school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the sustainable development of the training of personnel specializing in mechatronics technology.
