缄默知识视域下中华优秀传统体育文化的教育传承研究

摘　　要：中华优秀传统体育文化作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,其蕴含的思想、文化、技能、价值等缄默知识是教育传承的重要内容。然而,由于教育投入不足、师资薄弱、传承渠道受限等原因导致其教育传承效果欠佳。因此,应通过转变观念,从教育内容、教育时长、教育形式等方面入手,加大教育投入,鼓励交流合作,加强师资培养,辅之网络现代技术和社会组织力量,共同促进中华优秀传统体育文化的教育传承。Based on the theory of tacit knowledge,this paper aims to deeply explore the educational inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture.The importance of tacit knowledge to the inheritance of traditional sports culture is revealed through the analysis of its connotations and characteristics and its embodiment in traditional sports culture.At the same time,the paper provides a new perspective on the inheritance of traditional sports culture education by analyzing the current problems and proposing corresponding solutions.
