游戏治疗在儿童语言发育迟缓康复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨并分析游戏治疗在儿童语言发育迟缓康复中的临床应用效果。方法 选取本院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的60例语言发育迟缓儿童为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。其中,对照组采取常规康复治疗,研究组在此基础上采取游戏治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,研究组患儿精细动作、大运动能力、言语能力、适应性以及个人社交行为等发育商评分均优于对照组,其临床疗效以及患儿家长的满意度均高于对照组,上述数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 游戏治疗在儿童语言发育迟缓康复中,能够明显改善患儿语言发育迟缓的症状,对其机体的正常发育具有积极作用,值得推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze clinical application effect of game therapy in rehabilitation of children with delayed language development.Methods The paper chose 60 children with delayed language development in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,while study group with game therapy on the basis.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results After treatment,developmental quotient scores of fine motor skills,gross motor ability,speech ability,adaptability,and personal social behavior in study group were better than control group.Clinical effect and satisfaction degree of parents of children were higher than control group,there was difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Game therapy can improve symptoms of delayed language development of children during rehabilitation significantly,has positive effect on normal development,which is worthy of promotion and application.
