摘  要:目的探讨冠心病血脂管理教学中采取成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)+以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在内科住培医生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2023年6月在广州医科大学附属第三医院心血管内科轮转的151名住培学生作为研究对象,将研究对象按照计算机随机数字生成的方法分为观察组(n=76)和对照组(n=75),观察组采用OBE联合PBL教学法,对照组采用传统的教师授课(lecture-based learning,LBL)教学模式。比较2组对冠心病血脂管理理论与实践知识的掌握和对教学模式的满意程度。结果观察组的临床综合能力方面的总分、理论知识、文献阅读和临床实践能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住培结业考试的技能成绩、理论成绩和总分分别为(450.00±4.95)分、(530.00±8.90)分和(980.00±13.85)分,均高于对照组成绩[(430.00±5.75)分、(515.00±8.65)分和(945.00±14.40)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对于教学模式的满意度评分更高(94.74%vs.80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病血脂管理教学中采用OBE联合PBL教学法有利于促进医学生激发学习兴趣和掌握临床实践与理论知识。Objective To investigate the application effect of outcomes-based education+problem-based learning(OBE+PBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of physician internist in coronary heart disease lipid management.Methods A total of 71 regular trainees rotating in the department of cardiology of the the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(n=76)and control group(n=75).The observation group adopted the teaching method of OBE combined with PBL,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method of lecture-based learning(LBL).Compared the two groups of trainees’masteries of the coronary heart disease lipid management theory and the degree of satisfaction with the teaching mode.Results The observation group was higher than the control group in the total score of scores of clinical comprehensive ability,the scores of theoretical knowledge,literature reading,clinical case analysis,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The skill scores,theoretical scores and total scores of the residential training completion examination of the observation group were(450.00±4.95)points,(530.00±8.90)points and(980.00±13.85)points,respectively,were higher than those of control group[(430.00±5.75)points,(515.00±8.65)points and(945.00±14.40)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher satisfaction score of the control group(94.74%vs.80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of OBE combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of lipid management of coronary heart disease is beneficial to stimulate the learning interest of medical students and master the clinical practice and theoretical knowledge.
