摘 要:目的探究临床先导教学法(observation-teachingdiscussion,OTD)在中医护理教学中的应用。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月于上海交通大学附属新华医院崇明分院实习的80名护理学专业学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组接受传统教学,研究组接受OTD教学。比较2组的不同考试成绩、对教学的满意程度与自我效能感评分。结果研究组的理论考核成绩为(91.30±5.13)分,高于对照组[(81.33±5.26)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理操作、应变能力、团队意识、护理礼仪以及中医护理技术流程考试总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的教学满意度为97.50%,高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习后,研究组的自我效能感评分为(3.26±0.40)分,高于对照组[(2.92±0.55)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理教学中,OTD教学法的应用发挥了良好的效果,可以有效提高学生的理论考核成绩、中医护理技术流程考试成绩、教学满意度以及自我效能感评分。Objective To investigate the application of observation-teaching-discussion(OTD)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing teaching.Methods A total of 80 nursing students who were interned in Chongming Branch of Xinhua Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiaotong University from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the research group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by a randomized numerical table.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method and the research group adopted the OTD teaching method.Both groups were compared in terms of theory assessment scores,TCM nursing technical process examination scores,teaching satisfaction and nursing students'self-efficacy scores.Results The theory assessment score of research group was(91.30±5.13)points,higher than the control group[(81.33±5.26)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total scores of nursing operation,adaptability,teamwork,nursing etiquette,and the research group’s examination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technical process were relatively higher than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group’s teaching satisfaction of the students was 97.50%,higher than control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scores of the two groups increased after the internship,and the research group’s self-efficacy score was(3.26±0.40)points,higher than control group[(2.92±0.55)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OTD teaching method has good application value in TCM nursing teaching,which can effectively improve nursing students'theory assessment scores,traditional Chinese medicine nursing technical process examination scores,teaching satisfaction and self-efficacy scores.
