摘 要:目的了解虚拟仿真实验教学的学习成效及其生态学影响因素。方法2023年7月,选取135名北京协和医学院护理专业本科三年级学生为研究对象,采用便利抽样法在虚拟仿真实验教学结束时进行线上问卷调查,包括虚拟实验教学学习成效、影响因素等。结果虚拟仿真实验考核平均分为(97.59±4.05),学生自我报告学习成效得分为(85.84±10.41)分。在虚拟仿真实验教学的生态学因素中,学生、教师、平台因素均与学习成效成正相关(r=0.591,0.658,0.646,P<0.01)。回归分析结果表明,学生的自我效能、学习动机、交互情况是学习成效的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论虚拟仿真实验教学学习成效较好。在学生、教师、平台维度构成的学习生态系统中,学生的自我效能、学习动机、交互情况对学习成效有预测作用。Objective To investigate students'learning achievements in virtual simulation experiment learning and explore its influencing factors from perspective of learning ecology.Methods In July 2023,a total of 135 third-year nursing undergraduates in Peking Union Medical College were selected as the research objects.The convenience sampling method was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey at the end of the virtual simulation experiment teaching,including the learning effect and influencing factors of virtual experiment teaching.Results The test score of the virtual simulation experiment learning was(97.59±4.05)points,the score of self-report Learning achievements was(85.84±10.41)points.Among the ecological factors consisting of teacher,student,and platform factors,all of them were positively correlated with learning achievements(r=0.591,0.658,0.646,P<0.01).The results of regression analysis showed that students'self-efficacy,learning motivation and interaction status were the influencing factors of learning achievements in virtual simulation experiment learning(P<0.01).Conclusion Learning achievements in virtual simulation experiment learning is good.In the learning ecosystem composed of students,teachers and platform dimensions,self-efficacy,learning motivation and interaction status can predict level of Learning Achievements.
