摘  要:在我国职业教育快速发展的背景下,建筑测量专业技能型人才的培养面临重要机遇。以某技工院校建筑测量专业为研究对象,聚焦工学一体化人才培养模式,通过分析课程设置、教学方法、校企合作及实训基地建设等多方面的创新实践,探讨适应新时代需求的人才培养路径。研究表明:该模式有效提升了学生的技能水平和职业素养,增强了就业竞争力。最后,提出了进一步优化教师培训、深化校企合作及引入高新技术设备的建议,以期为建筑测量专业的高技能人才培养提供理论支撑与实践参考。In the context of the rapid development of vocational education in China,training skilled talents in architectural surveying faces significant opportunities.Focusing on the integration of work-study training model,a technical school’s architectural surveying program is discussed in this study through such innovative practice as analyzing the curriculum design,teaching methods,schoolenterprise cooperation and training base construction.The findings indicate that this model effectively improved students'technical skills,professional qualities and enhanced their employment competitiveness.Finally,the suggestions are proposed in further optimizing teacher training,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and introducing high-tech equipment so as to provide both theoretical support and practical reference for training high-skilled talents in architectural surveying.
