摘  要:近年来,食品中检测出矿物油的问题在国内外媒体中时有报道。本文对食品中矿物油的来源、风险评估、国外法规管理、通报预警、检测标准和技术等进行综合研究,并对矿物油的风险管控提出建议。In recent years,the detection of mineral oil in food has been frequently reported both domestically and internationally.This article provides a comprehensive review of the sources of mineral oil in food,the current status of safety assessments,foreign regulatory management,notifications and warnings,as well as detection standards and methods.Suggestions for risk management of mineral oil are also proposed for reference.
