摘　　要：目的构建临床护士叙事护理核心能力评价指标体系,以培养叙事护理人才,促进叙事护理的发展。方法通过文献回顾、理论研究、质性访谈等方法,拟订临床护士叙事护理核心能力评价指标体系初稿,运用德尔菲法及层次分析法,确立临床护士叙事护理核心能力评价指标体系。结果该研究共纳入20名函询专家,2轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.862和0.865;第1轮和第2轮函询各级指标的Kendall's W值分别为0.206~0.344和0.221~0.419(P均<0.05),最终构建的临床护士叙事护理核心能力评价指标体系包含4项一级指标、18项二级指标、67项三级指标。结论临床护士叙事护理核心能力评价指标体系合理,构建过程科学、可靠。Objective To construct the evaluation index system of narrative nursing core competence of clinical nurses,so as to train narrative nursing talents and promote the development of narrative nursing.Methods Through literature review,theoretical research and qualitative interview,the draft index of nurses'narrative nursing core competence was deve-loped,and the evaluation index system of nurses'narrative nursing core competence was established by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Results A total of 20 consulting experts were included in this study.The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.862 and 0.865,respectively.The Kendall's W values of all levels of indicators in the first and second rounds of letter inquiry were 0.206~0.344 and 0.221~0.419(P<0.05),respectively.The evaluation index system of nurses'narrative nursing core competence finally constructed included 4 primary indicators,18 secondary indicators,and 67 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system of narrative nursing core competence of clinical nurses is reasonable and the construction process is scientific and reliable.
