摘 要:高质量中小学教师队伍是我国高质量基础教育体系的重要组成部分。高质量教师队伍建设要以高质量教师教育为基础,以高水平的教师专业素养为核心,以高效的教师配置为前提,以充分的教师保障为条件,以高质量的课程教学和育人为目的,以较高程度的教师职业满意感和幸福感为标志,以较高美誉度的社会形象为特征。当前我国中小学专任教师数量达标,但存在结构性短缺;专任教师学历达标率高,但研究生比例依然较低;教师配置的公平性快速提升,但乡村教师专业能力仍需加强;中国特色教师教育体系持续巩固完善,但高水平综合大学参与有待加强;学龄人口大幅回落,需提前规划教师队伍的规模与质量需求;人工智能时代的教师队伍建设挑战与机遇并存。中国式现代化背景下高质量教师队伍建设需要着力提高中国特色教师教育体系质量,持续提升教师待遇保障水平,有效推进教师队伍建设治理体系现代化,持续加强教师教育学科建设。High quality primary and secondary school teachers are an important part of our high quality basic education system.High quality teachers group construction should be fulfilled on the basis of high quality teacher education,with a high level of teachers'professional quality as the core,efficient teacher configuration as the premise,sufficient teacher guarantee as the conditions,high quality curriculum,teaching and education as the purpose,higher degree of teachers'professional satisfaction and happiness as the indicator,and high reputation of the social image as the characteristics.At present,the number of full-time teachers in primary and secondary schools in China has reached the standard,but there remains a structural shortage;the educational attainment rate of full-time teachers is high,but the proportion of teachers with post graduate degrees remains relatively low;the fairness of teacher allocation has been rapidly improved,but the professional ability of rural teachers still remains to be strengthened;the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics has continued to be consolidated and improved,but the participation of high-level comprehensive universities needs to be strengthened;the school-age population has fallen sharply,and the size and quality needs of the teachers require to make advanced planning;in the era of artificial intelligence,both challenges and opportunities coexist.In the construction of high-quality teachers group under the background of Chinese-style modernization,we need to improve the quality of the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,continuously enhance the guarantee teachers'salaries,and effectively promote the modernization of the governance system of teachers.
