摘　　要：民族地区教育脱贫攻坚成果是推动民族地区乡村振兴战略落地生根的助力器,二者有效衔接是加快中国式现代化进程的题中应有之举。二者有效衔接意味着回归立德树人在地化的价值本位,巩固赓续民族文化的价值基调,坚定民族教育高质量发展的价值立场,铸牢实现各民族共同富裕的价值追求。在衔接的底层逻辑中,巩固拓展民族地区教育脱贫成果是衔接的前提,推动民族地区教育可持续发展是衔接的重心,激活民族地区教育发展内生力是衔接的动能,发挥民族地区的区域特色优势是衔接的蹊径,形成民族教育发展与乡村振兴良性循环是衔接的旨归。在具体衔接路径上,应建立民族地区教育脱贫成果数智化动态监测机制,稳固衔接的基础;借助民族教育提高村民国家通用语言能力,夯实乡村持续发展基因;依托民族教育盘活本土资源,实现特色文化与乡村振兴的有机融合;挖掘各类民族教育助农功能,促进教育发展与乡村振兴的良性循环。The achievements of poverty alleviation in education in ethnic areas are the propelling force to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in ethnic areas,and the effective connection between the two is the proper way to accelerate the process of Chinese style modernization.The effective connection of the two means to return to the value standard of cultivating morality and cultivating local people,consolidate and continue the key value of ethnic culture,strengthen the value position of high-quality development of ethnic education,and foster the value pursuit of realizing the common prosperity of all ethnic groups.In the underlying logic of the connection,consolidating and expanding the achievements of educational poverty alleviation in ethnic areas is the premise;promoting the sustainable development of education in ethnic areas is the focus,and activating the endogenous force of educational development in ethnic areas is the driving force;fully allowing the display of regional characteristics and advantages of ethnic areas is the new way;the formation of a virtuous circle of ethnic education development and rural revitalization is the purpose.In the specific connection path,we should establish the dynamic monitoring mechanism of educational poverty alleviation achievements in ethnic areas to stabilize the foundation of connection;facilitated by ethnic education,we should improve the national lingua franca ability,and consolidate the gene of rural sustainable development;relying on ethnic education to revitalize local resources,we should realize the organic integration of characteristic culture and rural revitalization;we should excavate the functions of various ethnic education to help agriculture and promote the virtuous circle of education development and rural revitalization.
