摘 要:为解决传统电源中存在的体积大,以及输出电压存在较大的波动等问题,文章给出了基于增量式比例-积分-微分(PID)校正的开关变换器控制方案,因推挽拓扑在中小功率场合中无需考虑磁饱和问题,方案中以推挽拓扑作为功率变换主要单元。首先阐述了推挽拓扑的工作基本原理,在此基础上设计推挽拓扑功率变换电路以及逐周期保护电路,给出能够在中期实现每个开关电流过载、过流电路的控制流程,以实现过载、短路等工况下的快速保护;然后,为减少变压器运行过程中的损耗,从磁动势的角度进行设计,同时给出变换器的主要关键参数设计方法,在控制方案中,以变换器的输出电压作为控制输出量,以位置式PID为基础,推导增量式PID输出方程,设计系统软件的工作流程;最后设计样机,得出实验数据,验证理论设计的准确性。In order to solve the problems of large volume and large fluctuation of output voltage in traditional power supply,the switching converter control scheme based on incremental proportional-integral-differential(PID)correction is given.Because the push-pull topology does not need to consider magnetic saturation problem in small and medium power situations,the push-pull topology is used as the main power conversion unit in the scheme.Firstly,the working principle of push-pull topology is described.Based on this,the power conversion circuit of push-pull topology and the cyclic protection circuit are designed,and the control flow of each switch current overload and over current circuit is given in the middle period to realize the fast protection under the conditions of overload and short circuit.Then,in order to reduce the loss during the operation of the transformer,the design is carried out from the angle of magnetic electromotive force,and the design method of the main key parameters of the converter is given. In the control scheme, the output voltage of the converter is taken as the control output, and the incremental PID output equation is derived based on the position PID, and the workflow of the system software is designed. Finally, the prototype is designed and the experimental data are obtained to verify the accuracy of the theoretical design.
