教学大赛视域下的高职课程设计和改革研究——以“Linux操作系统定制”课程为例

摘　　要：课程设计是高职教育中的重要环节。针对青年教师课程设计中出现的课程内容和职业标准脱轨、教学方法单一、评价方式片面化等问题,在青教赛的牵引下,提出“五重改”的教学改革策略,从课程定位、课程内容、课程资源、教学策略和课程评价五个维度进行了改革和实践。依据人才培养方案和学情分析来明晰课程定位;对接职业标准制定课程内容并有机融入思政元素和“岗课赛证”;课程资源数字化并且丰富多样,有效提升教学效率;对接企业生产过程,多种教学方法结合,相辅相成;课程评价采用多元方式,从六个维度全面地反映学生的综合能力。课程设计改革和实践后,学生的课程目标达成度大幅提升。Curriculum design is a crucial aspect in higher vocational education.In response to issues such as the disconnection between course content and professional standards,the monotony of teaching methods,and the unidimensional evaluation approaches encountered by young teachers in curriculum design,under the guidance of the Youth Teachers'Teaching Competition,a"five-focus reform"teaching reform strategy is proposed.This reform encompasses reforms and practices from five dimensions:curriculum orientation,curriculum content,curriculum resources,teaching strategies,and curriculum evaluation.Specifically,curriculum orientation is clarified based on talent cultivation plans and student learning situations;curriculum content is tailored to professional standards and integrated with ideological and political elements,as well as job-related competitions and certifications;curriculum resources are digitized and diversified to effectively enhance teaching efficiency and align with enterprise production processes;multiple teaching methods are combined to complement each other;and curriculum evaluation employs a diversified approach to comprehensively reflect students'comprehensive abilities from six dimensions.Following the reform and practice of curriculum design,students'achievement of curriculum objectives has significantly improved.
