摘　　要：在新形势下,高等继续教育面临着前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。高等继续教育需要从学历教育向非学历职业培训转型、推广终身学习、改变学习需求、探索多元化教学模式和跨学科融合等多方面的转型策略。通过分析和探讨当前高等继续教育的改革转型途径,揭示这一领域的复杂性和动态变化。提出分类办学、资源优化和制度创新等措施,促进我国高等继续教育的健康发展。In the new situation,higher continuing education is facing unprecedented development opportunities and challenges.Higher continuing education needs to transform from academic education to non-academic vocational training.So this paper will analysis and discuss the higher continuing education's ways of reform and transformation,reveal the complexity and dynamic changes,promote lifelong learning,change learning needs and explore diversified teaching modes and interdisciplinary integration.Measures such as classification,resource optimization and system innovation are put forward to promote the healthy development of higher continuing education in our country.
