摘　　要：产教融合的发展,不仅要以市场化校企合作为基础,更要强化政府统筹下的深入发展。其关键在于“有为”政府与“有为”市场之间的密切合作。The growth of industry-education integration requires marketbased collaboration between universities and enterprises.More importantly,it needs further development under government coordination.The key lies in close cooperation between conditionally active governments and efficient markets,according to Professor Pan Haisheng from the School of Education at Tianjin University and Director of the National Think Tank for Industry-Education Integration Development.
