摘　　要：在数字化转型背景下,本文通过分析传统的网络工程专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出了实践教学体系的改革措施和解决方案,包括深化教学改革,提升实践教学地位;加强政、校、行、企合作协同育人合作力度;不断优化实践教学培养目标和培养内容;加强政、校、行、企深度合作培养,使得网络工程专业人才培养逐层推进、融会贯通,实现为社会主义经济建设和发展培养优秀的网络工程人才的根本目标。In the context of digital transformation,this article analyzes the problems existing in the traditional training of network engineering professionals and proposes a reform measure and solution for the practical teaching system,including deepening teaching reform and enhancing the status of practical teaching;Strengthen the cooperation and collaboration among government,schools,industry,and enterprises in educating students;Continuously optimizing the training objectives and content of practical teaching;Strengthen the deep cooperation and training among government,schools,industry,and enterprises,so as to promote and integrate the training of network engineering professionals layer by layer,and achieve the fundamental goal of cultivating excellent network engineering talents for socialist economic construction and development.
