摘 要:能力本位教育模式在汽车检测与维修技术专业中的应用,旨在精准对接行业需求,强化学生核心能力的培养。本文深入分析了该专业岗位所需的五项核心能力:专业诊断与维修能力,强调故障快速识别与高效维修;检测技术与应用能力,要求学生掌握先进检测技术与数据分析;自我学习与创新能力,鼓励学生持续学习,勇于探索新技术;沟通与团队协作能力,促进学生间及与客户的良好沟通,提升团队协作效率;职业素养与道德观念,注重学生职业道德、法规意识及安全观念的培养。这些核心能力的培养不仅提升了学生的专业技能,更为其未来职业发展奠定了坚实基础。The application of competency-based education model in automobile inspection and maintenance technology aims to accurately meet the needs of the industry and strengthen the cultivation of students'core competencies.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the five core competencies required for this professional position:professional diagnosis and maintenance capabilities,emphasizing rapid fault identification and efficient maintenance;Detection technology and application ability,students are required to master advanced detection technology and data analysis;Self-learning and innovation ability,encourage students to continue learning and have the courage to explore new technologies;Communication and teamwork skills,promote good communication between students and customers,and improve the efficiency of teamwork;Professional quality and moral concept,pay attention to the cultivation of students'professional ethics,legal awareness and safety concept.The cultivation of these core competencies not only enhances students'professional skills,but also lays a solid foundation for their future career development.
