摘  要:文章旨在通过理念创新与目标定位,明确培养方向;课程体系与教学改革,夯实理论基础并强化实践能力;师资建设与教学团队,提升教育质量与创新能力;校企合作与产学研融合,搭建人才培养平台并推动科技创新与产业发展来探讨汽车职业教育现场工程师培养的逻辑理路。通过系统构建、深化改革、优化团队和创新合作,为汽车职业教育现场工程师培养提供有效路径,促进汽车产业人才梯队的建设和工程教育的高质量发展。The purpose of this paper is to clarify the training direction through concept innovation and target positioning.Curriculum system and teaching reform is to consolidate the theoretical foundation and strengthen practical ability.Teacher construction and teaching team is to improve the quality of education and innovation ability.School-enterprise cooperation and industry-university-research integration is to build a talent training platform and promote scientific and technological innovation and industrial development to explore the logical path of on-site engineer training in automotive vocational education.Through system construction,deepening reform,team optimization and innovative cooperation,the study provides an eff ective path for the training of on-site engineers in automotive vocational education,and promotes the construction of talent echelon in the automotive industry and the highquality development of engineering education.
