摘 要:近年来有很多研究证明体育运动与心理健康有直接的关系,本文通过文献分析法对以往相关研究进行探讨总结,发现并得出运动具有调节人们的情绪状态、减少焦虑、抑郁等心理问题等作用。而且不同的体育运动对身心健康的作用不一样,对此本研究认为有必要从心理咨询、资源分配与支持、课程设置及规划、评价及追踪体系四方面对学生进行体育锻炼意识的培养,维护与促进学生心理健康。Lots of studies have proved that sports have a direct relationship with mental health in recent years.Through the literature analysis method,this paper discusses and summarizes previous related studies,finds and concludes that exercise has the effect of regulating people’s emotional state,reducing anxiety,depression and other psychological problems.Moreover,different sports have different effects on physical and mental health,so this study believes that it is necessary to cultivate students’awareness of physical exercise from the four directions of psychological counseling,resource allocation and support,curriculum and planning,evaluation and tracking system,so as to maintain and promote students’mental health.
