新时代体育职业教育人才培养的定位、逻辑与路径

摘　　要：研究通过梳理新时代体育职业教育人才培养相关理论内容,挖掘新时代体育职业教育人才培养的定位,厘清新时代体育职业教育人才培养的逻辑,并提出新时代体育职业教育人才培养的路径。研究认为:新时代体育职业教育在目标定位上要培养适用型人才,在类型定位上要培养职业型人才,在层次定位上要培养复合型人才。新时代体育职业教育人才培养的逻辑包括国家政策为体育职业人才培养提供路径、职业教育为体育职业教育人才培养开辟路径、社会变革为体育职业教育人才培养创造良机。故提出深化校企协作机制、强化双师型教师队伍、完善人才培养模式的新时代体育职业教育人才培养的路径。The study sorted out the relevant theoretical content of talent cultivation in sports vocational education in the new era,explored the positioning of talent cultivation in sports vocational education in the new era,clarified the logic of talent cultivation in sports vocational education in the new era,and proposed the path of talent cultivation in sports vocational education in the new era.The study believes that sports vocational education in the new era should cultivate applicable talents in terms of target positioning,professional talents in terms of type positioning,and compound talents in terms of level positioning.The logic of talent cultivation in sports vocational education in the new era includes national policies providing paths for talent cultivation in sports vocational education,vocational education opening up paths for talent cultivation in sports vocational education,and social changes creating opportunities for talent cultivation in sports vocational education.Therefore,it is proposed to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,strengthen the dual-qualified teacher team,and improve the talent cultivation model.
