摘 要:本文通过文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法等对当前地方中小学体育教师专业技能的情况进行分析,发现教学模式单一、教师专业知识和技能不足、学生的参与度不高、体育基础设施建设不均衡等;而地方高校具有专业化教学资源、学科交流与合作、实践机会、实验研究资源支持等优势;高校赋能:开设技能培训班和研讨会、加强学术交流和合作项目、教学实践指导、教育资源共享等形式,提升中小学体育教师技能。最后达到可以大大提高中小学体育教师的教学水平和教学质量、推动体育教育的多样化发展。This paper analyzes the current situation of professional skills of local primary and secondary school physical education teachers through literature research,field investigation,expert interviews,etc.,and finds that:the teaching model is single,teachers’professional knowledge and skills are insufficient,students’participation is not high,and sports infrastructure construction is unbalanced;while local universities have advantages such as professional teaching resources,subject exchanges and cooperation,practical opportunities,and experimental research resource support;in contrast,local universities possess advantages such as:opening skill training classes and seminars,strengthening academic exchanges and cooperation projects,teaching practice guidance,and sharing educational resources to improve the skills of primary and secondary school physical education teachers.Finally,it can achieve the goal of improving the teaching level and teaching quality of primary and secondary school physical education teachers and promoting the diversified development of physical education.
