摘 要:本文以莫斯科国际大学排名MosIUR为研究对象,阐释其构建动因和方法论原则,通过对比分析与统计学方法,揭示其区别于其他高校排名体系THE、QS、U.S. News、ARWU的差异性特征。MosIUR以大学的三大使命为出发点,采用客观的定量标准,衡量高校在“教育教学”“科学研究”和“社会贡献”三方面的能力。“社会贡献”是该排名体系独设的评价指标。MosIUR的建立为世界大学排名提供了新的参照体系,它与其他排名形成一定的互补。本研究有助于全面了解MosIUR排名体系以及当下俄罗斯对高等教育发展的定位与考量,也为思考我国高等教育建设以及科技革命即将带给世界大学排名体系的影响提供参考和借鉴。Taking the Moscow International University Ranking(MosIUR), also known as the Three University Missions, as the research subject, the paper elucidates its construction motivations and methodological principles, and reveals its distinctive features compared with other university ranking systems, like THE, QS, U.S. News, and ARWU, through comparative analysis and statistical methods. MosIUR employs objective quantitative criteria to measure the capabilities of higher education institutions in “education and teaching”, “scientific research” and “social contribution”, which are the three major missions of universities. Among all, “social contribution” is a unique evaluation indicator established by this ranking system. MosIUR provides a new reference system for world university ranking and complements other university ranking systems to a certain extent. The study helps to understand MosIUR as well as Russia's current positioning and considerations for the development of higher education. We can also draw on the study to reflect on the construction of higher education in China and the possible impact of the scientific and technological revolution on the world university ranking systems.
