摘　　要：物流行业在推动区域经济发展与增强产业竞争力方面扮演着重要的角色。作为培养物流领域专业人才的关键学科,物流管理专业的教育模式需紧密贴合行业动态,着重于构建学生的职业岗位能力。本文致力于探索一种以职业岗位能力为核心的物流管理专业人才培养体系,通过深入剖析当前该专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,针对性地提出改革策略,旨在为物流管理专业人才的培养路径提供有价值的参考与启示。The logistics industry plays an important role in promoting regional economic development and enhancing industrial competitiveness.As a key discipline for cultivating professionals in the logistics field,the education model of logistics management needs to closely align with industry trends,with a focus on building students'vocational skills.This article aims to explore a logistics management professional talent training system centered on professional job abilities.By deeply analyzing the problems existing in the current talent training process,targeted reform strategies are proposed,aiming to provide valuable references and inspirations for the training path of logistics management professionals.
