摘  要:微生物学作为生物类专业的重要基础课程,在高校生物类工程人才培养体系中发挥着重要的理论奠基和实践引导作用。针对国际工程人才培养需求,为提升微生物学课程教学实效,培养能够紧跟学科发展步伐的研究实践型学生,基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念,从学生本身的学习产出和需求出发,教学团队探索出“学习成果检验-持续反馈改进-教学方法改革”的微生物学课程教学途径,全方位、多角度构建了课程培养体系。该培养体系已在教学实践中初步取得成效。As an important basic course for biology major,microbiology plays an important role in the training system of biological engineering talents in colleges and universities.In order to meet the needs of training international engineering talents,it is important to improve the teaching effect in microbiology course,and make students skilled enough in research and practice to keep up with the pace of discipline development.In the course of microbiology teaching,a set of teaching methods were constructed,including learning achievement testing,continuous feedback and improvement,and teaching method reform,which are based on outcome-based education(OBE)concept and focused on the learning outcomes and needs of students themselves.The established curriculum training system proved initially effective.
