《徐批叶天士晚年方案真本》脉诊思想探析

摘　　要：通过对《徐批叶天士晚年方案真本》中包含脉诊的医案进行归纳,结合医案中病机诠释及治法方药分析脉诊信息,初步将叶天士晚年脉诊思想归纳为以阴阳为纲、总统脉理,将脉分左右三部、体察气血阴阳升降以及上下脏腑定位,注重形体色脉互参、脉与天应的整体观念三个方面,期望对传承名医脉诊思想、提升脉诊理论及临证水平有所助益。By summarizing the medical records of pulse diagnosis included in the Xu Pi Ye Tian Shi Wan Nian Fang An Zhen Ben,combined with the interpretation of the pathogenesis and analysis of pulse diagnosis information in the medical records,Ye Tianshi's pulse diagnosis ideas in his later years are preliminarily summarized into three aspects:taking Yin and Yang as the principle of pulse,dividing the pulse into left and right sides and three parts to observe the rise and fall of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,as well as the positioning of the upper and lower organs,emphasizing the overall concept of mutual reference between body,color and pulse,as well as the correspondence between pulse and heaven.It will be helpful for inheriting the pulse diagnosis ideas of famous doctors and improving the theory and clinical level of pulse diagnosis.
