摘  要:“1+X”证书制度是提高人才培养质量的重要举措,开启了职业院校人才培养新模式。随着大数据、云计算等人工智能新技术在会计领域的推广应用,企业对财会人员的职业素养提出了更高的要求。高职院校可以从改革专业人才培养模式、构建课证融通的课程体系、建设高水平职业技能教师团队和推进校企深度合作等方面探索会计专业高质量发展和人才培养新路径。“1+X”certificate system is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training,which opens a new mode of talent training in vocational colleges.With the popularization and application of new artificial intelligence technologies such as big data and cloud computing in the field of accounting,higher requirements are put forward for the professional quality of accounting personnel.Higher vocational colleges can explore the new path of high-quality development and talent training of accounting specialty from the aspects of reforming the training mode of professional talents,constructing the curriculum system of course certificate integration,building a high-level professional skill teacher team and promoting the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.
