个案工作视角下辅导员谈心谈话工作实效性提升研究

摘　　要：谈心谈话是高校辅导员开展思想政治教育的常态工作方式和重要手段。社会个案工作是指专业的社会工作者运用有关人与社会的专业知识和技巧为个人和家庭提供物质和情感方面的支持与服务,帮助个人和家庭减低压力、解决问题,达到个人和社会的良好福利状态。二者在工作目标、工作原则以及工作基础上有着相似之处,在经验的借鉴与方法应用上显示出天然的适配性。文章基于社会个案工作的模式与方法,将谈心谈话工作划分为接案、预估、工作目标与计划、介入干预以及评估五个步骤,以此提升高校思想政治教育的实效性。Talking is a regular working method and an important means for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education.Social casework is the use of professional social workers to provide material and emotional support and services to individuals and families by applying professional knowledge and skills related to people and society,helping individuals and families to reduce stress,solve problems,and achieve a good state of well-being for individuals and society.The two programs share similarities in terms of objectives,principles,and foundations,and show a natural fit in terms of experience and methodology.Based on the model and method of social casework,this paper divides the work of heart-to-heart talk into five steps:case receiving,pre-assessment,work goal and plan,intervention and evaluation,so as to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
