摘  要:加强少数民族预科学生的思想政治教育关系着少数民族学生培养的质量,关系着民族地区的发展和社会主义建设,同时也是为高校本科阶段输送优秀少数民族学生的关键。文章以华中师范大学少数民族预科学生为主要研究对象,在准确掌握他们思想状况的基础上,系统实施思想引领、成长关爱、能力提升等三大工程对症施教,不断提高思想政治教育效果,以期为民族地区培养更多堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人。Strengthening the ideological and political education of ethnic minority preparatory students is related to the quality of their training,the development of ethnic regions,and the construction of socialism.It is also the key to providing excellent ethnic minority students for undergraduate education in universities.This paper takes the ethnic minority pre-college students at Central China Normal University as the main research object,and implements the three major programs of ideological guidance,growth care,and ability enhancement based on an accurate understanding of their ideological characteristics.This approach aims to continuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and cultivate more young people who can shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation for ethnic minority regions.
