基于老子管理哲学的企业管理哲学变革

摘　　要：探究老子管理哲学在企业中的应用,旨在发现企业在发展过程中管理层面存在的问题,深化企业对中华优秀传统文化中管理哲学的理解,推动企业管理哲学变革。文章基于老子《道德经》中“道”“无为而治”“有生于无”以及“柔弱胜刚强”等理念,分析老子管理哲学对企业管理哲学的价值与影响;“道法自然”“无为而治”“有无相生”等理念,阐述老子管理哲学对企业管理哲学变革的实践。Exploring the application of Lao Tzu's management philosophy in enterprises aims to discover the problems existing in the management level during the enterprise development process,to deepen enterprises'understanding on management philosophy entailed in outstanding traditional Chinese cultures,and to further promote the revolution of enterprise management philosophy.Based on the concepts such as"Tao","Governing by non‑action","Something coming from nothing"and"Weakness overcoming strength"in Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching,this study analyzes the value and influence of Lao Tzu's management philosophy on enterprise management philosophy.The viewpoints of"Tao following nature","Governing by non-action"and"Nothingness correlating with wholeness",have expounded the practice of Lao Tzu's management philosophy on the revolution of enterprise management philosophy.
