摘 要:人才是第一资源,在企业中,员工的工作态度与工作行为会影响企业产品和服务的提供,最终影响企业的绩效产出与整体发展。鉴于此,文章实证检验民营企业富裕度和共同度对员工敬业度的作用机制。研究发现,民营企业富裕度与共同度对员工敬业度有显著的正向作用,组织承诺在民营企业富裕度和共同度与员工敬业度之间起到中介作用。因此,民营企业需要在战略高度重视富裕度与共同度的培育,并根据员工具体需求制订计划。Talent is the first resource,in the enterprises,the work attitude and work behaviour of employees will affect the provision of enterprise products and services,and ultimately affect the performance output and overall development of the enterprise.In view of this,this paper empirically tests the mechanism of the impact of commonality and prosperity on employee engagement in private enterprises.The study finds that,commonality and prosperity in private enterprises has a significant positive effect on employee engagement,organisational commitment plays a mediating role between commonality and prosperity of private enterprises and employee engagement.Therefore,private enterprises need to attach great importance to the cultivation of wealth and commonality at a strategic level,and make plans based on the specific needs of employees.
