应用型本科与职业本科融通发展视域下应用型本科高校生产性实训基地建设探究

摘　　要：生产性实训基地建设是推进应用型本科与职业本科融通发展的重要途径,如何统筹建设好生产性实训基地是同时举办普通本科、职业本科的应用型本科高校必须解决好的一个难题。目前,应用型普通本科高校生产性实训基地存在生产服务功能发挥不突出、资金保障欠缺、管理运行机制不完善等现实困境,应在应用型本科与职业本科融通发展视域下,借鉴高职院校的相关建设经验,从强化产教融合育人理念、科学规划基地建设、加大专项资金投入、优化职业本科实践教学团队、及时更新实训内容、健全校企合作机制等方面同时发力,切实加强生产性实训基地建设。The construction of productive training bases is an important way to promote the integrated development of applied undergraduate education and vocational undergraduate education.How to build productive training bases well is a difficult problem that must be solved by application-oriented universities that hold both regular undergraduate and vocational undergraduate education.At present,the productive training bases of application-oriented universities face practical difficulties such as the lack of prominent production and service functions,insufficient financial support,and imperfect management and operation mechanisms.From the perspective of the integrated development of applied undergraduate education and vocational undergraduate education,concerted efforts should be made by application-oriented universities in the following aspects to strengthen the construction of productive training bases:learning from the relevant construction experience of vocational colleges,strengthening the concept of integrating production and education,scientifically planning the construction of productive training bases,increasing special funding,optimizing the practical teaching team of vocational undergraduate education,timely updating the training content,and improving the cooperation mechanism between universities and enterprises.
