摘　　要：在《食品安全国家标准食品中纽甜的测定》(GB 5009.247—2016)的基础上优化样品前处理条件和色谱参数,建立高效液相色谱法测定乳饮料中纽甜的方法。结果显示,在0~20μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内方法线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)=0.9999,加标回收率为99.0%~105.5%,相对标准偏差(Relative Standard Deviation,RSD)≤1.46%。可见方法精密度及准确度高,适用于乳饮料中纽甜的测定。By optimizing sample pretreatment conditions and chromatographic parameters based on GB 5009.247—2016,a method for the determination of neotame in milk beverages by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The results showed that the method had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0~20μg·mL^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of R^(2)=0.9999,a spike recovery rate of 99.0%~105.5%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)≤1.46%.It can be seen that the method has high precision and accuracy and is suitable for the determination of neotame in milk beverages.
