摘　　要：目的:研究罗伊氏粘液乳杆菌WZALR30后生元在改善胃肠道功能性消化不良中的作用。方法:采用碘乙酰胺灌胃法结合改良小平台法建立功能性消化不良大鼠模型,对消化不良大鼠灌胃1 g·kg^(-1)罗伊氏粘液乳杆菌WZALR30后生元。结果:与模型组相比,后生元组大鼠干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪的消化率和胃排空率均有显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:罗伊氏粘液乳杆菌WZALR30后生元具有提高消化率、促进胃动力、改善功能性消化不良的效果,在功能性食品的研究与开发中具有广阔的应用前景。Objective:To investigate the role of Limosilactobacillus reuteri WZA-LR30 postbiotics in improving gastrointestinal functional dyspepsia.Method:A functional dyspepsia rat model was established by gavage of iodoacetamide combined with an improved small platform method.The dyspepsia rats were orally administered with 1 g·kg^(-1) Limosilactobacillus reuteri WZA-LR30 as a derivative.Result:Compared with the model group,the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,and crude fat,as well as gastric emptying rate,were significantly increased in the postnatal tuple rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:Limosilactobacillus reuteri WZA-LR30 postbiotics has the effects of increasing digestibility,promoting gastric motility,and improving functional dyspepsia,and has broad application prospects in the research and development of functional foods.
