摘  要:目的 探讨内科学中循环系统疾病与诊断学中心电图内容进行课程整合及效果。方法以2020年入学的161名临床医学本科定向生为研究对象,随机分为传统班与整合班,分别采用传统教学模式和整合教学模式开展内科学中循环系统与诊断学中心电图的教学活动。比较两种教学模式的应用效果。结果 整合班学生的实训成绩、理论成绩显著优于传统班,学生对整合教学的满意度较高。差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床医学专业循环系统疾病课程与心电图内容的整合有助于学生掌握心电图和循环系统疾病的理论知识和技能。Objective To investigate the integration of curriculum content on circulatory system diseases in Internal Medicine and electrocardiogram(ECG)in Diagnostics,and to assess its effectiveness.Methods The study targeted 161 undergraduate clinical medicine students enrolled in 2020.These students were randomly divided into traditional and integrated classes.The teaching activities for circulatory system diseases in Internal Medicine and ECG content in Diagnostics were conducted using traditional and integrated teaching methods,respectively.Comparison the application effects of two teaching modes.Results The practical training and theory scores of students in the integrated class were significantly higher than those in the traditional class.Additionally,students expressed greater satisfaction with the integrated teaching approach.These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating curriculum content on circulatory system diseases and ECG in the clinical medical specialty enhances students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to ECG and circulatory system diseases.
