摘 要:中医临床思维是中医学专业本科生最应着重培养的基本能力。传统的中医教育依赖于师徒式教学和书本学习,缺乏足够的实践机会和现代化教学手段,这限制了学生的学习效率和实践能力的提升。基于以上原因,我们开发了中医诊疗思维训练虚拟仿真实验教学系统,经过2年多的应用与实践,研究发现本系统的使用可提升学生对中医学习的兴趣和认知,帮助学生及时了解自身的学习进展和不足,提高实践教学效率和质量,培养学生综合诊疗的能力,有效促进学生中医思维能力的培养。Clinical thinking in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is the fundamental ability that undergraduate students majoring in TCM should have.TCM education usually relies on masterapprentice style teaching and textbook learning,lacking sufficient practical opportunities and modern teaching methods,which limits the improvement of students' learning efficiency and practical abilities.Based on the above reasons,this paper developed a virtual simulation experimental teaching system for TCM diagnosis and treatment thinking training.After more than two years of application and practice,research has found that the use of this system can enhance students' interest and understanding of TCM learning,help students timely understand their own learning progress and shortcomings,improve the efficiency and quality of practical teaching,cultivate students' comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability,and effectively promote the cultivation of students' TCM thinking ability.
