摘  要:人参皂苷CK(ginsenoside compound K,GCK)是人参中的一种非天然存在的稀有二醇型人参皂苷,可由人参皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rc等二醇型人参皂苷在人体肠道内通过生物转化而成。研究发现,GCK具有保护肝肾、抗炎、镇痛、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤等多种活性作用,需大量制备以满足医疗和科研等方面的需求,可通过微生物、酶等生物转化方法制备GCK。就GCK的生物转化方法及生理作用进行系统的综述,旨在为GCK的制备和及相关应用研究提供依据。Ginsenoside compound K is a rare ginsenoside that does not exist naturally in ginseng.It can be biotransformed from ginsenoside Rb1,Rb2,Rc and other ginsenosides in human intestine.The studies have found that ginsenoside compound K has many pharmacological effects such as protecting liver and kidney,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti fatigue and anti-tumor,etc.It needs to be prepared in large quantities to meet the needs of medical and scientific research.Ginsenoside compound K can be prepared by biological transformation methods such as microorganisms and enzymes.The biotransformation methods and pharmacological effects of ginsenoside compound K are systematically reviewed in order to provide a basis for the preparation and application of ginsenoside compound K.
